I have bought some Wano P (better quality than F) to see if this is indeed the case. Also as there are larger gaps between grains of 1F than that of 2F the flame from the primer is said to more easily reach and burn the powder. WebApr 27, 2014 · From reading there seems to be a few different approaches to reloading the 577/450: 1. standard BP loads with wads, wax (or BP substitutes) 2. smokeless loads, fast powder without filler or mid-speed powder like 4198 with/without filler 3. lathe turned cases with reduced internal volume, approximating 45-70 volumes then BP or smokeless.
