However, when I want to get the whole chain of options for one asset, I don't know which particular strikes are listed. Same for futures, I don't know which expirations are available at the moment. WebbClient portal has been fucky for ages with option chains, sometimes only letting you manually pick an expiry and strike. I think this is one for live chat as it's likely not an issue on your side but with IBKR. Can you try another browser? I think their portal has been going through some changes and some haven't been done well.
