If I do it the other way, that’s called wrist extension. In the golf swing the wrist is doing this. It’s actually going, it’s letting loose. WebTo see what I mean, get in this position below with a club, then roll your right arm/wrist back over your left like you were loosening a screw and the club is the screw driver. I'd also go and look at some slomos of pros and see where they are at this point in the back swing (and throughout) to see it in action.
