So the Dung Eater gave me his cell's key and I went to free him, but he's not there. I can still use the key to unlock his cell, but there's nobody in the cell to talk to. Is there something I'm missing? Is this a glitch? This happened to me, to solve this I talked to him again in the hub and then he spawned in his cell. Weird.
